We answer all email within 2-3 hours (and often within several minutes!) - if you do not receive a prompt answer from us please be sure to check your anti-spam settings or software. Earthlink and AOL customers especially have experienced problems with email not reaching them, but all ISPs these days can be too vigilant in stopping what they label "spam" that might be important information you were looking for!
